Support Request: I am unable to select the Start options with the dropdown to select unrestricted.

Windows 10 Surface pro 3 fully updated

Description

See images, when I select custom start it does not allow me to select Start WITHOUT restrictions. I also uninstalled Sitekiosk through the MSI and rebooted. I reinstalled but same issue. Please help. Font is weird in the app, it did not used to happen in version 8 in the same machine. Display setting is also at 100%, no scaling

The option to not use shell replacement in auto start mode is not available under Windows 10 due to technical reasons.

Is this a web app or installed application? If this is browser based content, do you get better results with the Chrome browser under >Basic >Start Page & Browser? What was your previous OS, IE version and SiteKiosk version?

it is a web site/application and we used SiteKiosk 8 under the same machine, Windows 10 fully patched, the reason we upgraded to SiteKiosk 9 is because we needed to disable the sideswipe in windows 10 that was allowed in SiteKiosk 8, 9 blocks that but we are having a couple of problems with SiteKiosk 9 now. We see that running with Shell restriction is working OK for the web app at this time. I did put a separate ticket because SiteKiosk 9 is randomly sending the user to the windows lock screen.
