Support Request: xml error when launching a training video

We access our LMS system and launch the training

Description

We are having issues when launching a specific video in our learning management platform. We receive a XML error

Background:
ALL other videos are working
Video works if site kiosk is launched from local account (admin) but not domain (non-admin) account
Video works fine from domain user account outside of sitekiosk but once sitekiosk is launched it fails.

Attached is:
-Current log files (I attempted to launch training, got the error then exited and grabbed the logs)
-skcfg file
-The xml file that is causing the error
-A screenshot of the error in sitekiosk

There was not attachment with your support request. Please try to send the information to ward(at)provisio.com. Please also send the steps to replicate the issue. What is the file extension of your video and what encoding does your video use? Do you mean that your video works properly in SiteKiosk in Start Once but not in Autostart under your domain account? Was the accout you logged into when testing Start Once a domain or local account? Generally if there is a difference between Start Once and Autostart that indicate a Windows user account specific setting that is causing the issue. The software is the same no matter which account it is running under. The main difference in that case is the user account it runs under.
