Hello!

We are trialing site remote feature and for now we need to know how to connect SiteKiosk workstation on to SiteRemote server (using www.siteremote.net)
We have launched and genereated autoconfig file with AutoReg tool on SiteKiosk maschine. What is the next step. There is no devices in our SiteRemote site.

Hello,

the autoregistration tool tells you where to put the file that it generates. Please read the text within the tool after you selected your client type. Also do not rename the file that is created by the tool.
Make sure that TCP port 8086 outgoing is available on your client side.
