Support Request: Surface having weird display issues

Not sure what you need here.

Description

Seems like everythign works great for a few days then the display goes dark on the surface. All power saving measures are disabled. If you unpplug the power cable from the surface it come right back on but that entails taking the surface out of the holder which is a serious pain. Can you help figure out why they keep doing this?

Do you see anything in the Windows Event log after this occurs? What is the last thing you see logged in the SiteKiosk log file? Seems like it happens after the system reboots form windows updates.
