Support Request: Cannot open PDFs

Reproduction

To find a PDF, click the attract loop (screensaver), click the "Torridge District Council Homepage" menu button. On the iFrame that is loaded, click the "PCC Election May 2016" tab at the top, and to the right of the content section below the menu you'll see a few related downloads which are PDFs.

Description

Access denied popup when trying to open a PDF. Same config file on another kiosk on version 8.9 build 2817 works as expected.

Hello,

I checked your SiteKiosk configuration and you should activate the File Manager and allow downloads.
Then test it again.

That seemed to fix it. Strange how that setting didn't need to be enabled on the earlier build, but oh well. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback.

If the PDF will be downloaded or not does not apply to SiteKiosk but to the web page that provides the PDF document.
