Support Request: C++ Runtime Error

Description

I installed Site Kiosk on a brand new Lenovo P710 with Intel Xeon 3.5GHz, 64 GB Ram, 512GB SSD and Nvidia M4000 with 8GB Graphics Memory. When starting SiteKiosk in Auto Start mode I get this C++ runtime error. Not a good sign for me.

How can I fix this?

There are currently no known issues when installing SiteKiosk on a computer that meets the minimum system requirements and is fully Updated from Microsoft.

First ensure that the minimum system requirements for the software are met and that you have followed the installation and configuration steps in the Software Manual:

You first should try if it works again when reinstalling SiteKiosk.

Generally you should also install all Windows updates.

And if all above doesn’t help you may (re-)install the actual C++ Runtime Library from Microsoft

Hello

1. I hope you can help me otherwise your software will not be of any use to me. I have updated my Windows 7 Pro with all the updates and that did not fix the C++ error.
2. I re-installed C++ from the link you provided C++ 2010 and that did not fix the problem.
3. There is no other software running on this brand new machine except Norton internet Security.
4. I want to use your software as a front end to my Video Management System for corporate security, but I need this C++ error fixed as soon as possible.

What other suggestions do you have to help me overcome this?
What is the refund policy if this error continues?

Are you doing an offline installation? You need a specific version for SiteKiosk (Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727) that can be downloaded here:
