Hello,

This is not a bug. The ProKivi Skin is not a default skin provided with the official SiteKiosk installation but a special custom skin developed for Wincor Nixdorf some years ago.

Custom skins generally need to be used with the SiteKiosk Version they were created for (as far as I remember the ProKivi Skin was developed for / with SiteKiosk 7.8 http://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx?Product=SiteKiosk)

Otherwise you need to contact Wincor Nixdorf or order a new skin customization against charge.

Please understand that our free support cannot offer any assistance with creating your own code or customizing the skin files (apart from the detailed SiteKiosk and SiteKiosk Object Model documentation).

The adjustment fees are depending on the complexity of the changes and in general it costs 120 Euro per hour.

Hello.

Ok. Which are standart skins/template we can use in SiteKiosk 8.8 with support change language in system and WatchPort?

We would like:
1. Change keyboard language. EN->RU, RU->EN
2. If employee moved away from the kiosk. SiteKiosk should logout from system.

Best regards,
Alexey

Hello,

The default skins that will be installed with SiteKiosk can be found at “-->Start Page & Browser” in the SiteKiosk configuration.
With the old SiteKiosk Version 8.8 it should be “Metro IE Skin”, “IE7 Skin”, “Portal Startpage”, Default Skin”, “Windows 7 IE8 Skin” and maybe some more.

But please note that also the old SiteKiosk version 8.x is out of support.

>>> Change keyboard language. EN->RU, RU->EN<<<
The keyboard language(s) need(s) to be installed on Windows.
To provide the option changing the keyboard language you can activate the option “Enable keyboard switching” you fill find at -->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Languages” with most of the Skins.
For further information please see here:
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?languages.htm

>>>If employee moved away from the kiosk. SiteKiosk should logout from system.<<<
For this you can use the screen saver of SiteKiosk. Just configure an Idle time that fits your needs.
When the screen saver activates it will close all opened browser windows and applications and deletes the temporary internet files & cookies.

Hello,

We need a theme for the site kiosk 8.8, which is able to work with a presence detector. Screensaver in this case is not suitable. Logout should be instantaneous as soon as the officer stepped away from the kiosk.
What themes can you advise of the standard, which allows to work with such a sensor?

Best regards,
Alexey

Hello,

You can add a device to deactivate the screen saver at the screen saver settings in the SiteKiosk configuration.
Also the idle time can be configured there.
Generally the screen saver settings work independently from configured SiteKiosk Skin.
Further information about the screen saver settings and supported devices you will find here:
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?screen_saver___2nd_monitor.htm
