Support Request: Full Browser Display shows "Web page not available" after 20 minutes
Reproduction
This is on android, not using IE.
Simply start SiteKiosk Android in full browser mode, set the page to load as file://website/index.html, and after 20 minutes, the app will attempt to load a URL which results in a page not found error.
Don't connect the tablet to the web.
We configured the app to load using full browser window, loading a HTML file from the SDCARD memory and using the file:// protocol.
After about 20 minutes of inactivity, the app will suddenly attempt to load the default URL
http://www.pro.... and it will show a "web page not available" error because the Android tablet is not connected to the internet.
We turned off auto restart on the app, so it should not be causing any issues. The app is also licensed with a valid license key.
Can you advise?
We do not have the config and logfile on hand as the tablets are already deployed in client's stores.
