Hi,

I purchased 2 licenses and i used the code to register the first device, however when i try to register the second device the license is not accepted I get an error that the information does not work

i have followed all proper methods to register

Are you trying to register the license on the same SiteKiosk version number as the previous machine? If you are still having issues email the license name or invoice number and the SiteKiosk version number you are using to support-us(at)provisio.com. Do not post that information here in the public support forum.
