Description

We have machine called FOWLER-THORNTON under team 'fowler' and lost remote access due to license expiry

We jsut purchased siteremote cloud and wondering if this is right stuff to get the control back. (I'm sure it is)

It's still processing, once we receive the license key please advise how to re-activate the remote control and access details

If you're account is still active, you can activate the license in order for the machine to be able to connect to SiteRemote again. If your SiteRemote licenses are expired the machine will not be able to connect to SiteRemote.

Yes I activated the license but don't have the user login details

I couldn't even retrieve the password due to wrong username and email match

You need to be logged in to your SiteRemote.net account in order to be able to activate the license. There is currently not an account at siteremote.net registered with an @meshmedia.com.au email address. You can create an account using the Free 30-day trial button on the login page. After logging into your new account, you can activate your SiteRemote license under the Administration tab (>Administration >Licensing).
