Support Request: Recurring error on SiteKiosk when using WMV files for both digital signage and screensaver

Reproduction

On windows 10 systems we are getting the following error when using WMV presentations for both digital signage and the screensaver.

SiteKiosk DigitalSignage Player reported the following error: 'MyCampaign.wmv' reported an error (ErrorOpeningFile: Exception from HRESULT: 0xC00D11B1)". The error occurred at 3/9/2017 8:27:58 AM local machine time.

On windows 10 systems we are getting the following error when using WMV presentations for both digital signage and the screensaver.

Digital Signage uses the WPF Element of the Windows Media Player.
0xC00D11B1 is an error thrown by Media Player.

First check if you can play the video properly in the Windows Media Player 12 application on that Windows system.

Otherwise you will need to convert that video to mp4 with h264 codec (and AAC audio).
