Unfortunately, remote access is outside of the scope of our support, however, if your license covers the new update then you should be able to click the link in the configuration that says "update available" which would take you to our site and you can download the latest version and install it right over the previous version. or if you have purchased a license for the latest version, you could just go to provisio.com, click downloads then sitekiosk windows and download and install the latest version that way as well.
