Support Request: Surf Area Rules error

Description

Even though the site mentioned in error is allowed in our allowed urls list, we cannot navigate to this site in sitekiosk for windows. I looked through logs of machine in and found this error, please help.
According to the surf area rules the navigation to https://license.gooutdoorsflorida.com/ was canceled.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. If you have a Surfing Area rule that covers "www.gooutdoorsflorida.com/" then, "license.gooutdoorsflorida.com/" would be a violation of that rule because of the difference between "www" and "license". To cover the entire domain of "gooutdoorsflorida.com", you can edit the rule in this format:

*.gooutdoorsflorida.com/*

OR (for sites without the "www")

gooutdoorsflorida.com/*
