Hello,
After having observed some problems that appeared to have been related to IIS, we performed a clean reinstall of SiteRemote Server, giving it its own virtual directory (/SiteRemote). We are now experiencing some problems with the server. More specifically:
- Logging on the /SiteRemote/administration folder, the license appears to be missing. However, when going to Settings and uploading the license file, the server responds with "License file successfully updated", the server is restarted, but then when the page is reloaded the license appears to be still missing
- The server does not seem to be listening: when clicking on Teams, selecting the System Team and System User and clicking "impersonate", all pages return the error message "SiteRemote Server service unavailable". However, when the service appears to be started and running, according to the TaskManager, but "netstat" does not show anything bound to port 8086
