happens following windows updates to version 1703

Description

Hi, our station will not load site kiosk correctly - when I try to run config the pc reboots to auto-start mode I see the Safe/lock site kiosk symbol then the screen goes white & sits there indefinitely. I have checked windows updates & tried to roll back recent updates but still it hangs on this white screen, I've just downloaded the latest 9.5.4117 version & ran the install again but it still hangs & never loads. I can quit out back to the unrestricted windows account but the restricted account will not load. any ideas what else I can try?

Hello,

There is no known issue and Windows 10 ver. 1703 works with SiteKiosk 9.5.

Which start page and which skin did you configure (-->Start Page & Browser)?
Is there a difference when starting SiteKiosk in “Run once” mode?
What happens when creating a new, clean configuration where you just setup the password to exit SiteKiosk (for testing only)?
What other software products are installed?
Is the computer member of a domain?

What happens when creating a new, clean configuration where you just setup the password to exit SiteKiosk (for testing only)? clean config worked, so i made a new config file based on a clean config & it loads correctly now, even though I rebuilt the config the same as it was before?
