Support Request: Captcha Error

Reproduction

We are running SiteKiosk version 8.9 and we are having issues running a webpage that uses captcha. When the site directs to the page SiteKiosk locks up and we are unable to do anything except power down the system to regain access to the machine.
I found a support document on your site advising there is an issue with 8.9 and captcha. The document advised upgrading to the newest version, however, when I run the upgrade I receive a message when I try and register that my free upgrade period has ended.
Is there another version that I can download that can be licensed with my current license to resolve this issue?

Please contact us at sales-us(at)provisio.com with your license order information. You can update to any SiteKiosk version within 12 months of the original purchase date. If that period has past you can purchase SiteKiosk updates to renew the updates and tech support. Do not post any license or order information here in the forum.
