Support Request: Printing without job storage and pin

Good day,
I have a TCP/IP printer that uses HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (v6.0.2) drivers. It has job storage configured.
But when trying to print from SiteKiosk it does not print with job storage and pin. I have configured System Security and made sure that i have UN-check the box “Disable printer settings” and saved the settings.

I have restarted the PC but i still cannot get it right. Please advise on what i should check.

I am using windows 10

Hello,

this is a problem specific to the Ford environment. There has already been close contact with the Ford IT department through second level support channels on how to configure SiteKiosk for this use case. Please contact support by email for further handling: support-europe[at]provisio.com.
