Support Request: Request for general password

Hello
I work for Mercy Place Parkville which is a residential aged care home. We have SiteKiosk installed on a computer for our residents' use however it is loading the emergency screen and asking me to enter the general password.

I am unable to find our general password/registration information due to a change in staff member who deleted all information.

Are you please able to forward me our general password? - I understand this is the first eleven characters of our registration code.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

Please email us at sales-us(at)provisio.com for more information and include your invoice number, PO number or license information for the license you used on this computer. You can also log in to your customer account to retrieve your license information.
