Support Request: Class not registered

Description

I have a app from the microsoft store (Miro) that does not have a exe so I created a shortcut from shell: Appsfolder on to the desktop. Created a .bat file to launch it. It works perfectly from test applications and works perfect in "Start Once" but when I run it from "Run SiteKiosk automatically at windows startup (auto start)" it errors out stating that "Class not registered". What am I missing?

I turned off all the Block system critical windows and dialog boxes just to test with no difference.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Generally, Windows Apps from the Microsoft Store (so-called Modern UI Apps) are not supported in SiteKiosk. It is not supported at all in Auto Start due to shell replacement. You can run this App in Start Once if you are using it in an in-office environment versus general public. We are currently researching an alternative that may work for you. I will post an update here if one is found.

If you have any other concerns, please let me know.

Best regards,
Andre.
