Description

When I opened SiteCafe today... I Saw 2-3 computers with the same name in my list...

I've already set my SiteCafe to filter by MAC Address a time ago but it come again...

I don't know what to do...

and every day I have a message for scripting error in C:\Program files\SiteCafe\default.html... and I need to answer yes or no...

Can you please help me !

Hello,

even when using the MAC address SiteCafe will display the Windows name transmitted by the computer. Either change it on the computer or in the SiteCafe Manager.
Regarding your other problem I need some more detailed information about this, e.g. the full error message and a description of what you click and when to see this message.

All my computer have a different name ! Why SiteCafe is seeing 2 same name in the list ? and how can I rename the computer with a user in SiteCafe without admin rights ?

There's an other bug today... I saw 2 computer but they are not like others... they are in a box like if I wanna edit their name but not one at a time but TWO... I didn't get any error message...

For the script error let me go there and provoke this error and I'm gonna send you a PrintScreen...

Hello,
it does not matter if they may have different Windows computer names by now, if they had not when the first registered they will keep that name until you change it. You don't need to be an administrator to change the name in the SiteCafe manager, just click the terminal twice (not a double-click) and you can rename it.
Describe in more detail how you get two terminals to act as one. Also, what SiteKiosk version are you using?

I'm using SiteKiosk 6.6 English version cause you didn't have the French version yet !

And the SiteCafe Manager that you have on your website !

Did you rename the computers and resolve the problem now?
Which exact SiteKiosk version do you use (e.g. 6.6.213?).
Which SiteCafe version are you using (1.5 or 2.0 BETA?)?
