Description

After a restart of the server the administrator password is deemed invalid (e.g Either the user you specified does not exits or the password is invalid). How do I regain control of the SiteCafe Manager functions.

In the SiteCafe Manager window menu at the top under >File are you able to click the "Launch Server" menu item? You can make a backup of your DB for SiteCafe then reinstall. When reinstalling you should update to the current version which is SiteCafe 2.6.

The default location for the automatic backup is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup". The backup can be imported after reinstalling SiteCafe.

Also please note that SiteCafe is not supported on Windows Server OS. The following OSs are supported: Windows 7 (32bit), Windows Vista (32bit), Windows XP SP 2 (32bit)
