Support Request: configuration file can not be opened correctly

Reproduction

I haven´t had any answer about how to correct the bug - "el archivo de configuración no se puede abrir correctamente". or " "configuration file can not be opened correctly.". I am planning to buy several licences but this bug is going to be a problem if every time that I want to change something in the configuration, I have to start from the begining.

I need to know as soon as possible if this bug has a solution to make the desicion.

The platform is: Windows 7 proffesional. This option doesn`t exist in your platform options.

How many configuration files (.skcfg) do you have on the computer? If you are currently only using one please delete the rest. Also, did you save the configuration file in another location than the default (C:/ProgramFiles/SiteKiosk/Config)?

You may also try to run a repair or reinstall the software as this could be the result of a corrupt installation. There are currently no issues as you have described and we havent received any similar reports from other customers.

If reinstallation does not resolve the issue, you may send your configuration file (.skcfg) to grant(at)provisio.com so that I may test and take a look at your settings... Please also send step by step instructions on how to replicate the issue.

Trying to discard that the problem could be the result of a corrupt installation, I format the computer and install sitekiosk from the begining. Everything was working fine until I made the instalation of sitecafe. After I do that and try to use the saved configuration, the bug appeared again and again.

I am sending the files that you ask for, to the mail.

You should install SiteCafe on a separate machine. That way you can use SiteCafe to manager the SiteKiosk machines. YOu will not have access to if it is on a SiteKiosk computer.
