Reproduction
I have had this problem using either IE 9 or now 10. Sometimes it works on the first video through flash that is played but otherwise will fail thereafter giving the error of "Error loading player; Could not load player configuration".
We use this kiosk to login to a user portal to then from there login to different websites with one being a training center that has videos for products we sell. These videos work fine on the PC when not in the environment where the kiosk software is running and it doesn't matter if I use IE 9 or 10 (the system is Win 7 64 bit pro) . Once logged into the site the flash animations and everything seem to work fine but it either won't let you watch any videos or you can watch one and then any of them thereafter just give the error loading player could not load player configuration message in the video window. The rest of the page works fine and I can still navigate around ok.
