Support Request: Sessions and hits not appearing in reports but uptime is fine

Reproduction

Issue present since install.

Description

I have 5 Kiosks (1 x XP, 3 x Windows 7 and 1 x Android) PC's with Sitekiosk 7 installed with custom skin and portal page on the Windows machiens

All 5 have registered with our Siteremote account, Provisio Server siteremote.net. All 5 machines have been logging for 6 weeks and communication appears correct between Siteremote and Kiosks. WMI and up time are displayed, remote reboots and time adjustment jobs are being applied.

When I run any reports on any of the units I am not seeing any user activity, sessions or sites visited.

I have opened up all ports listed from this forum for Sitekiosk and Sitekiosk Android.

When I view the log files on the Kiosks I see activity and URL hits in the local logs, logging is set to normal.

Are the usage statistics sent over a specific port that could be blocked or am I missing something?

Zip contains Screenshot of report, config file from one Kiosk and custom skin.

Hello,

the reports are created from the transferred log files, unlike the data on the overview which is streamed during machine contact. In your team under Settings -> General you have set the Log Message Transfer Filter to Errors (40) only, you should switch that back to the default value of at least Info (20). Currently the logs only contain errors and no other information.

Just changed the setting now, checked on the client but did not see that setting on the Siteremote Server settings section, thanks. Do I now need to wait for some user activity to collate in new/updated .log files to be transferred over before I will see any user sessions or URL's in reports I run? within the next 3 hours of applying change?

Hello,
the changes apply as soon as the client connects the server the next time. From then on it will also transfer the additional data.
Note: it will not transfer the addtional data from the past period where this option was set to transfer errors only.
Note: transferring errors only is not the default value of this setting. Someone changed that setting to transfer errors only.
