Support Request: CreateProcess failed

Description

Hi,

I'm setting up site kiosk to automatically run several programs. When I click the test button in configure site kiosk they run fine but then when I actually run site kiosk I get the following dialog pop up.

"CreateProcess failed"

Any ideas? I believe this may be because the site kiosk user doesn't have the correct "rights" to run this program?

Hello,

Yes, it might be caused by the restrictions of the SiteKiosk user account.

You may first test within your administrator account using the “Run once” mode of SiteKiosk.

If that works you need to adjust the access rights settings of the SiteKiosk user for your external application.
You can use the System Security Manager (installed with SiteKiosk) to adjust the folder access rights and other rights for the SiteKiosk user.
Which access rights are necessary depends on the external application and not on SiteKiosk.
