Support Request: Web Access Block

Description

I have three issues: The first is we would like to have the kiosk blocked down to only allow them to view our website and then be able to only get to Gmail, yahoo mail and Hotmail not be able to search the web if they hit home button for yahoo or gmail.

The second issue is when I login into Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail it has the option to "keep me logged in", we don't want this, how can we prevent that.

And third and final, When I do log into Gmail, the SiteKiosk browser wants me to "update" the browser. The exact error is "account settings" It appears as if you are using an old or uncommon browser that doesn't support common standards. To access all of your Google account settings, upgrade to the latest version of any of the following browsers. Then it list Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari.

Thanks!

I figured out the first issue I was having. In the Surfing Area, I blocked all sites except for the ones I wanted them to go to.

Found solution to question 2. The Kiosk automatically logs them out and doesn't remember credentials after the screen saver starts. I've moved the screen saver up to 30 seconds of no movement so it will time those out when they leave the kiosk and don't log out of their email.

With my first solution to put he "exact" web address in and allow it and not allow all others, that has also fixed my third issue. I can now get into Gmail fine without any issues.
