Support Request: Black screen with SiteKiosk logo

Description

Every time I start SiteKiosk (once or auto) I get a black screen with a SiteKiosk logo and the page I want to show does not appear (http://83ccd62b-f3f2-4dd6-8883-f927d5e58ca8.kiosk.vvvzeeland.nl) Only the screensaver works.

PC: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Attachment: screenshot and configuration. I don't know wich logfile you need and how to create it/where to find it.

Hello,

In regards to your description and the screenshot you activated the Digital Signage Player at ”-->Start Page & browser-->Digital Signage”. The image is the background image when there is no Digital Signage Campaign running.

Make sure that you choose “Browser” at “-->Start Page & browser-->Digital Signage”

The log files are stored to "...\SiteKiosk\Logfiles".
