Hi

Customer tied to register their license of SiteKiosk plus but it is throwing error that Registration Failed.

You will need to enter all of the information between the quotes on your license certificate for the license name and license code. If that is still not working the license may not be valid for the version of SiteKiosk you are using. If the license was purchased more than 12 months ago, it will not be valid for the current version. In that case, you will need to use the version the license was originally valid for.

I select “register” Tab and the copy the below license in the registration window. Click on Change the license tab to register the Site kiosk application and getting the error.

Note we don’t use “” while registering the application.
