Support Request: Mr. Surung Tua

Hi Dear,

My company bought 60 license (s) last year (Rent-A-PC/Smartsource SK8 96094) and this week we use some of them on our project.
We found out that Verizon, Comcast and AOL emails are not working properly. Would you let me know to fix it, please.

What issues are you experiencing when trying to access these emails on the SiteKiosk machine? Have you checked to ensure that these emails are working as expected in the Internet Explorer Browser (Outside of SiteKiosk)?

Please also ensure that you have the most currently supported version of SiteKiosk installed for the most favorable results. Each SiteKiosk license comes with 12 months of support and free updates. However, you may purchase license updates to be used with the most currently supported version (SiteKiosk 8.91.3042).

The issues are user can login but can't see the email. We tested via IE 11 outside sitekiosk, it works.
We also found out, that some school district website are blocked thru site kiosk; Allegiant air boarding pass does not display the passes.
