Support Request: Can't get template 'Start screen' to Full Screen

Description

Hi there,

I want to create a start screen so I used the 'Start screen' template. But this template isn't loading properly in full screen during the view mode. It actually launches too small. It's scaled to small somehow. See the screenshot.

Any solutions?

Hello,

Generally SiteKiosk (and the Start Screen) just uses the screen resolution configured on Windows.

But please check that you didn’t configure SiteKiosk to explicitly use a certain screen resolution when it starts (make sure that autoset is set to false <autoset>false</autoset>),

Thanks for your reply.

The strange thing is that all the other templates are working as expected. The 'portal startpage' for example does load in full screen. Somehow the 'Start Screen' template does not...

I also checked the cfg file and the 'autosize' is set to 'false':

Hello,

Is there a difference between “Run once” and “Auto Start” Mode?
Does it also happen when creating a new / clean SiteKiosk configuration where you just set the password and the start screen?
