Support Request: Hang with white screen

Description

Hi, we get complain from user whereby the Sitekiosk keep hang with white screen. User can't do anything but to restart sitekiosk. From the log we found out when hang it will show the following warning message.
30 0000 2015-08-05 15:07:03 +0800 [SiteKiosk] Warning: System shutdown attempt (WM_QUERYENDSESSION). Abnormal program termination expected.
30 0000 2015-08-05 15:07:03 +0800 [SiteKiosk] Warning: System shutdown attempt (WM_ENDSESSION). Abnormal program termination expected.
20 03e9 2015-08-05 15:53:23 +0800 [SiteKiosk] started
Appreciate you can check and let us know how we can solve this. Also this also happen when the sitekiosk logout.

What is the Operating System you have installed?
Is this happening on more than one of your SiteKiosk installations?

You want to ensure that you have downloaded and installed all updates from Windows... You may then try a "repair" on SiteKiosk via Windows control panel.



If the issue still persists you may see below:

To further investigate the problem you need to create two empty text file that you need to label debug.txt. One has to go into the folder ..\SiteKiosk\startscreen and one into ..\SiteKiosk\chromium.
You also need to download this tool https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb896647.aspx (this is an official Microsoft tool) and run the exe from your desktop before starting SiteKiosk. Next, just start SiteKiosk, wait for the problem to occur. Close SiteKiosk and send us the log from DebugView.
You can delete the two debug.txt files afterwards.

Hi, currently the kiosks are using Windows Embedded Standard 7 with IE 11. Yes this happens to all the kiosks. The Sitekiosk & Windows are up to date. We will log down the error and get back to you on the issue again.
