Support Request: Printing from USB Drive

Description

We have a property w/ multiple Site Kiosk V8. I have compared the basic setting in the site kiosk Configuration page. This one device (Dell Optiplex) when trying to print pdf from USB Drive, File manager opens > click Print and the a save box comes up to save the file and will not print (only wants to save file).

Any ideas?

Do you get the same behavior in Start Once as in Autostart mode? Normally when you get the save dialog when printing it means that a printer like the XPS Document Writer is set as the default. If it work in Start Once and not in Autostart, that mean you need to login as the SiteKiosk user in Windows and set the default printer.
