Support Request: Dropdown not working

Hi,

Issue: dropdown menu not working, not displaying results ...

Summary: go to www.stib-mivb.be -> change your language -> click on journey planner: a popup will open.
If you type a city or street a suggestion/autocompletion should appear and this is not the case within SiteKiosk. The dropdown box arrow is even likely greyed-out. If we open the url manually within sitekiosk it's working fine https://www.stib-mivb.be/TripEN/StartTVPForm.aspx.

So the problem is only present with the popup-box.

The option as you mentioned "uncheck the box labeled “Add SiteKiosk to use agent header” was already unchecked.

If have the same issue with your tool WebbrowsercontrolBrowser.exe.

On the sitekiosk computer with internet explorer no issue.

I can provide you the config file we use.

Hello,

as my colleague Michael has already stated, that problem is not reproducible. The suggestions appear in SiteKiosk as they appear in IE on the same test system.

Provide your configuration file as well as information about the Windows operating system and Internet Explorer version to support-europe[at]provisio.com. Please refer to this support request in the email body. We will look if there is someting in your SiteKiosk configuration that causes this. Please note that this is unlikely if you are experiencing the same with the WebBrowser control test application, this indicates that the behaviour is caused by the IE on the system, either by one of its settings or the version.
