Good Afternoon,
i need to know if there is a way to take remote control of a PC running sitekiosk.
Ho can i manage console remotely if sitekios is running?
There is something to configure? How?

Dear Michael,
there is no other way to take control unattended to a sitekiosk console?
I need to have the site remote?
I mean, if my customer needs to change its configuration i need to connect to the kiosk remotely and esc from sitekiosk, change configuration and then run again sitekiosk.
This is done using only site remote?

Hello,

We only support using SiteRemote for remote monitoring SiteKiosk (with SiteRemote you can also upload a new SiteKiosk configuration and restart SiteKiosk without accessing the terminal).
But generally you can also install any other remote management software supported on Windows (e.g. to access the terminal via remote desktop).

Ok but if the kiosk is running under sitekiosk, can i take control using VNC or remote desktop or Teamviewer?
Or i have to close the sitekiosk to take the control?
With SiteRomete can i do this without closing sitekiosk application?

Hello,

If using SiteRemote you can e.g. change the SiteKiosk configuration without accessing the desktop of the client terminal. (upload new config file, restart SiteKiosk)

If using remote desktop software you need to proceed like if you are in front of the terminal (exit SiteKiosk and login as Administrator open / change the configuration, start SiteKiosk again in Auto Start mode).
