Support Request: The Word and Powerpoint aplication strats

Description

Hello,
Currently i run in the problem with the site kiosk. The application Word and PowerPoint don’t start when i try to use them in kiosk mode. They start at the bag round and they are inaccessible in kiosk. When I close the site kiosk the applications are running. The strange is that excel is running correctly. I use office 2016.

Hello,

You may enable the option “Keep the SiteKiosk main window in the background (not TopMost)” (at -->Start Page & Browser-->Advanced) and test again.

hello i try this. the problem si when i do that i cant close the aplication so i can not any further use adher programs.

Hello,

This setting hast o influence to the external application but just makes sure that SiteKiosk is in the background and the external application can start in the foreground.

Generally external application windows can be closed with the x in the upper right corner. But SiteKiosk has no direct influence to external applications and also cannot influence how to close external applications.

You may send a screen shot with the opened Office application you cannot close and your SiteKiosk configuration to
