Support Request: lock screen on start
Hi,
I am setting up your software on 2 android tablets, as a trial with potential for 23 more.
I have installed and set it up on an SM-T530 without issue. As a fullscreen browser to a single website, used for sign in.
This worked without issue.
I then set it up the same way on a Galaxy Tab S2, SM-T815Y, running Android 5.0.2, Kernel 3.10.9-5939403 dpi@SWHD2420 #1 Oct 7 22;19 KST 2015, Build Number LRX22G.T815YDVU2AOJ4. I exported the config file as it is on this device and have attached it.
When I run sitekiosk it goes to an android lock screen asking for a PIN, the pin is the default 1234, even though we have changed it in the settings. upon entering the pin it then opens the fullscreen browser, which works as expected. When trying to exit it will go to the SiteKiosk lock screen asking for a PIN, which accepts the new pin we have set.
I have double checked the software is set as a device administrator, and cannot see any other android settings that should cause this. I also reset to factory settings and tried again with the same outcome.
Additionally, when it brings up the on screen keyboard to enter text into a text box the screen jitters up and down very quickly. I ssaw a FAQ on your site suggesting going to developer options and turning off the animate settings, this did not remedy the issue. Seen here:

Also when I hold down the power button even for more than 30 seconds the tablet will not restart. Which goes against what is said here:
