Support Request: Terminal offline

Hi guys,

We're using siteremote cloud (5.1.5.2407) and sitekiosk basic (9.3.3773) combination for 5 machines. We've been seeing 'Terminal Offline' message frequently on random machines when we try to remote in (VNC) via SiteRemote. See attached screenshot.
I've made sure windows firewall is disabled on all 5 machines and also from the machines we use to remote in. Siteremote domain is also in our proxy bypass list.
Are you able to please let us know as it's currently affecting our business and getting lot of complaints.

The Terminal offline page is displayed when the configured start page cannot be displayed in the browser (e.g. due to internet connection issues).

- Check the website which you have configured as the Start-Page (Basic > Start Page & Browser) to ensure that there are no issues loading the site in "Start Once" mode.
- You may also check the proxy settings under Basic > Maintenance in the configuration.
