Support Request: Loading emergency configuration file at PC startup

Description

Good afternoon,
I am a field technician with Hubbell Raco in South Bend. I am currently attempting to start up the HR kiosk here at the Dylan St location. We had a power outage some time ago, and when I first started it up today it started normally. However, I was attempting to access windows to update the virus software. I attempted to start it in safe mode to see if I could start windows by itslef (I do not have any of the documentation for the kiosk). Now when I restart the PC in normal windows mode, it loads the emergency file. Is there anyway to get this back to the normal operating mode?

The emergency config file will load if the config file cannot be found at the saved location or the file is corrupted. Were you able to get into Safe Mode? Normally you need to enter the SiteKiosk password to be able to access Safe Mode. If you do not have the local password, you can use part of the license to exit instead. Please contact me at ward(at)provisio.com if you have this information. Do not post any order or license information here. If you do not have that, do you have any other means of remote access/management?
