Support Request: Access to USB Drives
I have configured the Site Kiosk File Manager to allow all Drives to be visible except C Drive.
When Users insert a USB Stick it appears as expected and User can access files etc, but if you insert a Large USB Drive (2TB External HDD) the Drive does not appear in the File Manager. The External Hard Drive does appear however if you open Word and browse for a location to open a file.
