Support Request: for security reasons this action is not allowed

Description

hi,
I looked thru the forum to find a solution, but couldn't find it. Problem is that security wise, everything is allowed, so no blocking of usb devices and when connecting a usb stick, sitekiosk loads the usb with drive letter D, but i also get the message when launching word or explorer "for security reasons this action is not allowed".
I looked in vain thru the various settings, but can't pinpoint what is causing this behavior...

Also note that for security reasons by default explorer dialogs like “Save as…” or “Open” are only allowed in “Auto Start” mode (with the restricted SiteKiosk user account).
