Support Request: Registration failed

Description

We recently bought 3 licenses for SiteKiosk and registered the first one we setup without an issue. The second one just keeps saying the registration failed with a message about the format the code should be entered. The code is being entered correctly. I've trying typing it out completely and copy and pasting the code. It doesn't accept it either way.

For whatever reason, when I tried it again the next day to show someone here that it didn't work...it suddenly worked. I do have one more to set up though, so if it happens again, I will let you know.
