Support Request: Windows 10

Description

windows 10 64 bit enterprise 2016 LTSB is slow between clicks configuring the software. I takes 10 minutes per click. This software is un-usable.

Please advise.

what happens if you reinstall the software after completely removing it? We are not aware of lag that severe. Are all available windows 10 updates installed?

if you have the latest .net framework installed that would be beneficial. there isnt one particular windows update thats relevant more so than just having all of the available updates installed so that the machine is up to date. What happens when you completely remove the software, restart the machine, and reinstall it?

Unacceptable lag is persisting after uninstalling, restarting, verifying that the latest .net framework has been installed and re-installing SiteKiosk9. What other items should I check with regard to installing SiteKiosk on Windows10 OS.

Uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled sitekiosk, then installed the latest net framework. This software is still having performance issues. What sitekiosk versions are supported in windows 10?
