Support Request: Kiosk logs into black screen

Description

Unable to use kiosk after setting up screensaver, application now loads to a black screen does not launch restricted desktop or auto-launch applications.

Which operating system are you using? The screensaver is activated by default with SiteKiosk. What types of changes did you make? If you create a new default config file and name it something else than your original file so you do not lose those settings, does the issue still occur?

Windows 10 - Professional
Initially the screen saver timeout was set to 28800 - I changed the timeout to 600, I added a password to open one of the applications as well.

To troubleshoot I rolled back my changes - however that did not fix the problem.
I created a new profile with default settings and re-added the one application with no additional settings configured - did not fix the problem.
Reboots between all my attempts, just yield a black screen - looks like its logged in with the restricted user but does not show the sitekiosk desktop or launch anything.

Windows 10 support started with SiteKiosk 9. Are you able to replicate this issue with the current version of SiteKiosk?
