Support Request: Unable to register machine

Description

Hello,
I am unable to register machine, where SiteKiosk Client is installed. TCP 8086 port to siteremote.net is open, telnet is successful.
After I enter the credentials, it is "thinking" a sec and then I get error "0".
What does this mean? How should I proceed?

Hello,

You need to use www.siteremote.net as “Server host name”.
Please change and check again.

If that doesn’t help please fist check if the “SiteRemote Client” service is running (services.msc) and that 8086 is available by using http://www.siteremote.net:8086/ in another browser (IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome) on the SiteKiosk client machine (the web page should display “error 100 / message: Command 'GET v1' not supported / connection: close“; otherwise the port is blocked)
