Support Request: Is not able to update to latest version

Hi,
We bought some new licenses (70 pcs) to our masterkey in april this year.
Now we are not able tp update to latest version. This is for evaluation purpose to test new functionality.

It says that "The period for free updates included in your SiteKiosk license has expired. This version of SiteKiosk cannot be registered with this license. Please use previous SiteKiosk version or buy an update in our online store."

Shouldn't we be able to update at least one of our 300 licenses to latest version in evaluation purpose?
