Support Request: SiteKiosk crashing/black screens

Description

We attempted one minor change to the config file used on our 9 kiosk machines in the Clerk of Courts office. - Unchecking the box for "Block system critical windows and dialog boxes" Since making this change on two systems, the software repeatedly crashes. When we attempted to roll back the change, the software still crashes.

I have attempted creating a completely new config file with the box checked as well as unchecked and the issue is still ocurring but instead of a white screen after failed relaunches, we receive a black screen with mouse cursor but nothing else.

Does the software come up at all or does it go immediately to the black screen? This behavior happen in start once or auto start mode? Is there any antivirus installed on the machines?

The software will come up, but after about 3 minutes, it goes to the black screen. If I ctrl - alt - delete I can reboot, so it seems that even the background SK items are shutting down as well.
