Support Request: Re-install fails

Description

I need to re-install SiteKiosk 8.91 on a workstation that is Windows 10.
SiteKiosk was already installed but we needed to re-install due to user credentials being reset.
When the installation runs it rolls back and an event 1000 is logged in the application event log as below:

I have read that Windows 10 isn't compatible with that version of SiteKiosk.

I am sorry but SiteKiosk 8.91 is not supported on Windows 10 and generally out of support.

You need to use SiteKiosk 9.x and purchase an update license.
But you can test before purchasing:

I have just tried installing a trial of the latest version (9) and receive the same error.

This seems to be a follow up problem from the faulty installation of 8.91.
Please send an e-mail to support-europe(at)provisio.com for receiving a description how to manually remove SiteKiosk.
