Support Request: site kiosk now by starting damands Admin Password

Description

Site Kiosk was configured to start not with "Service Personal Admin Login" but with SiteKiosk Account.

Now by starting it demands to login in with SiteKiosk Admin Password.

Is it known that a correctly configured SiteKiosk behaves after a while?

Hello,
the "Service Personal Admin Login" has nothing to do with starting SiteKiosk. It is the dialog you are seeing when you want to close SiteKiosk or make some changes to it. This dialog requires the password configured in the configuration of SiteKiosk (or a SiteRemote user account if the machine is registered with SiteRemote). Alternatively you can use the general password which can be found together with your SiteKiosk licensing information.
