Support Request: License transfer

Good morning! We currently have four computers in the Drexel University Counseling Center that use Site Kiosk. One of those computers went down a few weeks ago and we are in the process of replacing it. I would like to transfer the license from the old computer to the new one, but don't know if it is as easy as using the most recent license information to register the product on the new system. Please let me know how we should proceed. You can move your SiteKiosk license to a new computer without a problem. You just need to make sure the license is not running on more machines that it is valid for. For example, if a license is valid for 5 machines, it cannot run on more than 5 machines at any time.
