Support Request: Touch screen frozen

Hi,

We are using SitKiosk with web URL on Chrome.
We notice if we touch the screen simultaneously multi-time the screen it's no more response to touche but we can use the mouse.
I tested the same case with chrome navigator and it's work fine.

Do you have any idea why Sitekiosk it's frozen with multi-touch?

Hello,

There is no known issue and the integration of the touch screen applies to Windows and the corresponding touch screen driver. SiteKiosk has no influence to this and the only setting in regards to the touch screen behavior is the option “Allow zoom gesture” at “-->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Settings” with Chrome Browser Skin.

You may check if there is a difference in “Run once” mode.
In case it works you may check if there is any application that needs to start for using the touch screen – see: https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5353

Or if it works outside if SiteKiosk when manually logging into the SiteKiosk user account (default pw is provisio).

Otherwise you may check the Windows event log for any warnings and errors about the touch screen (driver etc.).
